BST and Afcon will build a project for NIS 380 million
A project at the corner of Rabin and Jabotinsky Streets is expected to include 120,000 square meters of office space, as well as commercial space and an underground parking lot, which will be built in 34 months from the date of the project. Beginning of construction, as well as infrastructure for another tower.
The tower, which was recently built by BST, includes 30 floors and 55,000 sq.m. of above ground for marketing, with floor space ranging between 2,500-3,400 sq.m. The project also includes 1,000 Underground parking spaces. The rooftop of the tower will include restaurants, cafés and a terrace with open views.
Israel's performance challenges are becoming more complicated
Quite a few projects built in recent years in Israel include engineering and planning challenges that seem almost impossible.
Recently, a dark building was built in Herzliya, built by Best Construction for Gav Yam Properties and Building.
The central element and one of the engineering challenges in the building is a quasolite metal cube (prominent from the building). This is a five-story cube, each of which is 300 square meters, an engineering element that did not yet exist in Israel.
The engineering term for this type of element is "complex Virendale", which allows the cube to stand out without supporting the edge of supporting columns and without diagonals within the frames.
