I founded the BST Group in 1972, with a genuine desire to build a leading, significant, outstanding, and exceptional force in the real estate sector in Israel.<\/p>\n

The aspiration for professionalism, excellence, creativity, innovation, and continuous dialogue with the customer were the first values that guided me when I was an independent contractor, and later these values were embedded in the group and continue to guide its operations. These are also the professional values that I instilled in my sons, the managers, and the leaders of the group.<\/p>\n

From a small contracting company, we developed into a group of companies capable of providing a comprehensive, tailored, precise, and harmonious response to all aspects of construction ventures and prestigious and complex projects, from the planning stage to the last detail in execution. The ability to notice the smallest details, even in a large-scale project, to implement methodologies of quality, accuracy, and high finishing standards, and to provide a complete and accurate solution for all the client’s needs, is what distinguishes BST and sets it apart from its competitors. All of this, as the founder of the company, together with the company’s management, we strive to preserve with the utmost diligence.<\/p>\n

As the founder and owner of a family business, I believe that the employees of the company are the ones who create the solid foundation of the BST Group, and the wide smiles they bring to work in the morning are crucial to its success and reputation. Employee training, maintaining their safety, and nurturing their working environment are values of utmost importance to me as chairman and to the entire group. The reputation and many years of experience of the BST Group have led to successful collaborations and the expansion of our customer base, many of whom have walked with us for many years. That being said, we never rest: the group looks ahead, striving to innovate and renew, to break into new areas and territories both in Israel and abroad, to identify new opportunities and potential partners, and to remain a leading, pioneering force in the real estate industry.<\/p>\n
