The company was established in 2001 and is managed from its headquarters in Toronto by a local professional team under the leadership of Mr. Alaa Tannous, who has lived in Canada since its founding. The company forms strategic partnerships with institutional bodies, companies, and investors, focusing on identifying, enhancing, and managing rental residential complexes (Multifamily) and investing in office spaces and medical centers.<\/p>\n

Since its inception, BST Global<\/strong> has acquired and managed thousands of residential units, both through direct ownership and partnerships, including through a REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) company that held over 4,000 rental units. The company’s residential portfolio focuses on central cities in the Toronto and Ottawa metropolitan areas and currently includes hundreds of income-generating residential units. Additionally, BST Global owns development properties totaling over 500,000 square feet<\/strong> for residential and commercial development in the Toronto metropolitan area.<\/p>\n

In the commercial sector, the company owns over 320,000 square feet<\/strong> of commercial space in the office and medical center sectors, including the Champane Center<\/strong>, an advanced and groundbreaking medical center that serves as an innovative model for improving access to healthcare services in Canada.<\/p>\n

In 2023<\/strong>, BST Global expanded its investment activities to the United Kingdom<\/strong>, managed from the company’s headquarters in London.
