The Purchase

Along with the property at 200 Rose Glen Street, the company also acquired a commercial property of 29,000 sq ft at 108 South Angeline Street in Lindsay, Ontario. At the time of purchase, most of the space was occupied by the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit (HKPR), with approximately 25% of the property being vacant, creating an opportunity to lease the space for medical services and increase both income and property value.

The Project

Since the acquisition, we have made significant improvements to the property to meet the requirements and needs of our tenants. Most of the property is occupied by the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit.

The Result

The value of our property on Angeline Street has increased significantly since its acquisition, especially after leasing the vacant spaces and introducing new services to the center.

Our strategic investment in the Angeline property has yielded impressive returns. By focusing on leasing the previously vacant spaces and introducing a variety of new services, we have not only increased the value of the property but also turned it into a vibrant center for healthcare services.

Our commitment to capital improvement has played a key role in this transformation. The building’s infrastructure upgrades, such as modern systems, improved accessibility, and enhanced aesthetics, have made the Angeline property a leading destination for healthcare service providers. These improvements have not only increased the property’s value in the market but also created a more attractive and functional working environment for all visitors.
