We conduct periodic training, both as required by law and beyond, to ensure that every employee knows and understands the importance of safety in their work.

The training covers advanced safety topics and encourages a mindset of continuous improvement and addressing new challenges in the field.

Our safety department provides ongoing support and accompanies all units and companies within the group in their daily operations, ensuring that safety remains a supreme and sacred value at every stage of action and operation.
Local and International Certifications

BST Group works in close collaboration with the Zomet company and the Contractors Association, which led BST Construction to become one of the first pioneers in the construction and contracting industry in Israel to be certified with 5-star safety – the highest rating available within the star program.

Since then, BST Construction has maintained this high certification. Following the introduction of the certification for finishing companies within this program, Best Build Up has also obtained certification, holding 2 safety stars and continues to climb the certification rankings.

In addition to the local certifications, both companies, BST Construction and Best Build Up, also hold the international certification according to the international standard ISO 45001.

A. Safety Before Output – In case of a conflict, safety considerations will always outweigh output considerations.

B. Strengthening, Encouraging, and Rewarding Safe Behaviors – Implementing the value of providing positive reinforcement and rewards, preferring it over punishment, in order to demonstrate care and concern, and to enable workers to remain committed over time.

D. Briefings Before Tasks – Every supervisor responsible for executing tasks will conduct a briefing before each task for all workers scheduled to participate in the task.
