About the Project

BST Group and Radco Urban Renewal are pleased to announce a new demolition and construction project at the “Armon – Harduf” complex in Or Yehuda. The project includes the design of approximately 726 residential units combined with commercial spaces, offices, employment areas, and public buildings, which are expected to serve as a cluster of kindergartens.

The Armon – Harduf complex will feature buildings of varying heights and a flexible mix, allowing for a variety of apartment options catering to a diverse target audience.

The Armon – Harduf complex in Or Yehuda represents a visionary approach to urban, communal, and vibrant living. The project integrates green space with safe pedestrian connectivity, reflecting a harmonious combination of residential, commercial, and employment areas, thus meeting the needs of residents and visitors alike. The project is strategically located near the Purple Line of the light rail and will include meticulously planned walkways, allowing pedestrians to directly connect to surrounding streets and Canada Park. This focus on connectivity and accessibility ensures that the development will become an integral part of the community.

The professional and productive collaboration with the Or Yehuda Municipality, led by the city architect Mr. Gal Namri, proves that it is possible to take care of residents’ welfare and the city’s development while working efficiently and closely with the planning team and municipal professionals.
