About the Project
BST Group is advancing an urban renewal (evacuation and reconstruction) project in the HaArmon–Harduf complex in Or Yehuda.
The project reflects a forward-looking approach to modern, vibrant, and community-oriented urban living, creating a harmonious integration of residential spaces alongside commercial and employment areas.
The complex, designed by the Gil Shenhav architectural firm, includes the construction of seven buildings in a diverse typology of up to 17 stories.
The project will offer 258 residential units (210 for sale and 48 allocated to existing rights holders), with a flexible mix suited to a wide range of residents. As part of a mixed-use concept, the development will incorporate commercial areas, offices, and employment spaces, as well as public buildings, including a cluster of kindergartens for the benefit of young families.
Strategically located near the route of the Purple Line light rail, the project features carefully planned green open spaces and safe pedestrian pathways.
These provide convenient and direct connectivity to surrounding streets and the nearby Canada Park, ensuring the development becomes an integral and accessible part of the city’s urban fabric.
