The apartments are registered in the land registry as two distinct units, each with a shared main entrance yet full functional independence, including its own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.

6-room apartment: divided into a 4-room apartment and a 2-room apartment.
7-room apartment: divided into a 5-room apartment and a 2-room apartment.

This solution enables renting out one unit, living close to family members, or using one unit for professional purposes such as a clinic or office — all under a single, fully legal framework.
