The project includes 8 office floors, approximately 3,700 sqm per typical floor, about 2,500 sqm of retail and leisure spaces, and 6 levels of underground parking with an area of approximately 5,000 sqm per floor.
The scope of work includes construction works, including structure, waterproofing, finishing in public areas, electromechanical systems, elevators, signage, lighting, and development.
