The Project
BST is carrying out construction, fit-out, and systems works for the addition of a modern office building above Ofer Rehovot Mall, with a total area of approximately 12,000 sqm, including the addition of around 410 parking spaces.
The project includes the construction of two new office floors, each approximately 5,500 sqm, built מעל the existing mall, while integrating and connecting to the active structure. The scope of work includes structural construction, building works, aluminum systems, advanced electro-mechanical systems, finishes, and design, alongside the execution of a full building envelope and high-level finishing in the public areas.
In addition, the project includes the upgrade and renewal of the mall’s façades, as well as the expansion of existing metal cladding in line with the new design language.
The works are being carried out in a dense urban environment and adjacent to an operating mall, with strict attention to maintaining ongoing activity, minimizing disruption, and ensuring the safety of visitors and the surrounding area.
