The Project
SIV PARK is an advanced and innovative office tower with 15 floors, the result of a collaboration between Alied Real Estate and Migdal Group. The tower is located in the heart of Petah Tikva and combines office and commercial spaces.
The project was designed by the architectural firm Yaski-Mor-Sivan and includes 15 floors and 5 parking levels, with a total area of approximately 44,000 square meters. The tower is designed to match the business and technological environment, significantly enhancing the work experience by blending the vibrancy of the city with a quiet and relaxed work atmosphere.
