The Project

Aloni Yam Herzliya is an iconic office complex being built in Herzliya Pituach. The strategic location in northern Herzliya Pituach, near the MICROSOFT complex, ensures excellent accessibility from Highway 2 and the Ayalon highways. The project is designed according to the LEED PLATINUM standard and offers an ideal working environment for global companies in the technology sectors.

The project includes four towers: the western tower “2001,” the “2002” tower, the eastern tower “2003,” and the future “2004” tower, which is in the planning stages. The towers are designed to serve as office buildings with commercial use on the ground floor and include a 4-story underground parking lot covering a total area of approximately 51,500 sqm.

The western tower “2001” covers an area of approximately 31,000 sqm and includes 11 office floors above the ground floor. The “2002” tower covers an area of approximately 33,500 sqm and includes 11 office floors above the ground floor and two technical roof floors. The eastern tower “2003” is intended to serve as an office building with a commercial ground floor. The future “2004” tower is in the planning stages.

The project includes the structure, systems, elevators, finishing works, development, flooring, railings, landscaping, water features, outdoor lighting, irrigation system, and garden furniture. The project is carefully planned and executed with an emphasis on construction quality and technical details, aiming to provide a durable, safe, and comfortable building for use.
